After your order has been marked as shipped: Europe: 3-15 business days Outside of Europe: 5 business days -3 weeks Delivery time depends on the final shipping destination, these are only estimates.

I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) These costs may vary from country to country.

Please fill out this contact form within 14 days of delivery with your name, address and your order number. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs upon returning an order. If the order is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer is also responsible for the order's loss in value. I do not accept returns/refunds for: Custom products. Personalized orders. Deteriorated products. Digital products.

To request an order cancellation, please fill out a contact form with your name and order number here. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, I do not accept cancellations. Digital orders cannot be cancelled/refunded due to the nature of these items.

I am not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. I am only responsible for your package up until the point it is delivered to the post office.
